Processing Time
Each Gemelli candle is hand-poured and made to order just for you. 🕯️🤎 Please allow 5–7 business days for your candle to be created, set, inspected, and carefully prepared for shipment. During holidays, seasonal launches, or especially busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Gemelli Candle Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at GemelliCandleCo11@gmail.com with your order number. If your candle arrives damaged, please include photos of the candle and packaging so we can help make it right. 🤎
