Refund policy

Because each Gemelli candle is made to order and customized with your selected scent and design, all sales are final. We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, scent preferences, or design selections.

But we want you to love what you receive! 🤎 If your candle arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll be happy to make it right with a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Please double-check your scent and design selections before placing your order, as customized orders cannot be changed once production has begun.
